Try Odorly in your home for 30 days from delivery. If your home doesn't smell fresher, contact us within those 30 days through the contact page with your order number and we'll refund your purchase.

Nothing on this page reduces them. If an item is faulty, is not what was described, or does not do what we said it does, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. For a major failure you choose which.

Damaged in the post

Send us a photo through the contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. Postage damage is on us.
