Who we are

Odorly is an online store selling pet odor products. Postal address: PO Box 272, Elsternwick VIC 3185, Australia.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you a confirmation. We may decline an order, and we refund you in full if we do.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. We may change prices, but never after you have placed an order. If we make an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products

Product images show the product and its use; colours can vary slightly on your screen. Odorly is made for homes with pets: spray surfaces, never your pet. Our claims are about smell only.

Free gifts

A free gift is included only with the products it is offered with, while the offer runs, and has no cash value.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
